About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our human resources team at Code Ninety in Islamabad.
You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and supporting our growing team
with comprehensive HR services including talent acquisition, onboarding, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Manage onboarding of new employees
- Maintain HR operations and employee records
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Assist with payroll management and benefits administration
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals
- Organize training and development programs
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area
