Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Develop Python scripts for data cleaning and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and management
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track business performance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis
- Maintain data quality and integrity standards
Requirements for This Data Analytics Position
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R
- Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Understanding of ETL processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
