CSR Vision & Strategy
Our CSR vision: Technology empowers communities, and Code Ninety leverages expertise to create equitable access to education, skills, and opportunities. CSR strategy focuses on three pillars: Education Access (removing financial barriers to CS education), Digital Literacy (building technology skills in underserved communities), and Community Development (supporting local initiatives and NGOs).
CSR principles guide program selection: Alignment (leverage technology expertise), Impact (measurable outcomes benefiting communities), Sustainability (long-term programs rather than one-time donations), Partnership (collaborate with universities, NGOs, government), and Employee Engagement (involve employees in volunteering and mentorship).
CSR budget: 2% of annual revenue allocated to CSR programs (PKR 80 million in 2026). Education Scholarships
